Explicit Consent Statement

This statement is used only for optional processing activities where explicit consent is required as the legal basis. The duty to inform is fulfilled separately through the Website Privacy Notice.

Consent choices

Where presented as separate options in a form or cookie panel, you may accept or reject any of the following:

• Activation of non-essential analytics and performance cookies
• Promotional, announcement or marketing communications beyond your request
• Transfer of personal data to a named overseas organisation for a specified certification programme where no other appropriate safeguard is available

Each option must state the data, purpose, recipient and any international transfer. Consent should not be general, ambiguous or bundle unrelated activities into one choice.

Freely given choice
