We require all personnel to perform their duties free from conflicts of interest and independently of political, commercial, financial or personal influences. In this context, neither our organisation nor our employees provide consultancy or support services.

We provide certification services to all individuals and organisations equally, impartially and without discrimination. We adhere to confidentiality in all our activities and protect the security and confidentiality of all client information, documents and records.

We also accept and undertake to fulfil the requirements of the programmes and standards requested by our clients and to provide services accordingly.
