IMC platform for certification of agricultural and an agro food production in Mediterranean countries has extended to Turkey on October 18, 2007, the Turkish Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Husbandry authorized with Decree n. 16504 IMC Ltd. Şti – Turkish Law Company – to the certification of organic productions according to the Turkish law n. 5262 of 12/01/04.
The project of establishing IMC/CCPB represents the last step of a cooperation started some years ago between two historical experienced organizations in field of certification in Italy and other Mediterranean countries. Particularly, IMC is the arrival point of a partnership project among the CCPB Srl, Ithaca Srl, Consorzio il Biologico Societa Cooperativa and Turkish enterprises with multiannual experience in quality of Turkish agriculture and agro food system.
IMC/CCPB certification network guarantees the complete range of certification services requested by international enterprises working in the sectors of agriculture, agro food industry, restaurants and hotels, including product-process certifications and quality-environment management systems certifications.
IMC/CCPB certification network meets comprehensive certification services requested by European, Italian ones being in front, and other international institutions which have operations in agriculture and food industry, restaurants and accommodation sector, including product processing certifications and quality-environmental management systems certification.
Control and certification procedures are unified at highest international standards and they are carried out by local qualified personnel, by using locally and internationally accredited structures and offices.
